Is this your first visit to a chiropractor?
What to expect
Your initial appointment will be 45-60 minutes. An assessment and examination will begin your visit. This consists of taking your history, going through range of motion, and an orthopedic exam. A chiropractic adjustment will begin after the assessment and examination which consist of the doctor gently lining up the vertebrae with their hands to ensure correct neurological functions. We also incorporate soft tissue massage or trigger point therapy to help relax out the hypertonic muscles. Other services which may be suggested to help your care is cold laser and interferential treatment therapies which help heal soft tissue.
